We have a vacancy for an experienced bartender who gets a thrill out of working in a vibrant, non-stop restaurant and who can provide confident service to our guests.

Ottolenghi Spitalfields bartenders not only serve delicious cocktails and natural wine, but also exceptional food and coffee. To be successful and enjoy your time working at our bar you need to be truly passionate about the life of a restaurant and all its key ingredients, food, drink and people.

Working hours:

•6-7 shifts over 5 days a week most weekends morning or evening shifts according to weekly rota

Our ideal bartender:

• Previous restaurant bar experience of at least 2 years, working in a very busy and high quality restaurant environment
• Passionate about food and coffee to the same degree as cocktails and wine
• Pro-active and self-disciplined
• Excellent English language skills
• Great team player
