You have…
• An outgoing and engaging attitude
• Great organization skills and experience of internal recruitment
• Hospitality / retail experience
• A desire to mix things up and play with the status quo

The Role…

• Taking ownership of the barista recruitment process
• Managing in bound applicants
• Continuously looking to improve the recruitment process
• Work with the L&D team & Ops team to ensure a smooth on-boarding
• Maintaining accurate records
• Hosting recruitment events
