Do you have at least one year’s experience as a Chef de Partie of a high quality rosette awarded restaurant? If you are a smartly presented, confident and hospitable Chef with a passion for great food and service then you should consider applying for the role of Chef de Partie.

As the successful Chef de Partie you will:

• Receive a Competitive salary between £18.5 - £24k.
• Be provided with LIVE IN accommodation at very reasonable rates. (only applies to some roles)

The Role: You will have spent a minimum of 1 year in a minimum one rosette kitchen and have a proven track record of progression and personal passion to succeed. You will be expected to offer excellent service as well as maintaining the highest standards, kitchen cleanliness and working as a team.
