Sous Chef - Canary Wharf

You will be a passionate, enthusiastic and charismatic individual able to deliver premium service with excellent standards; we are looking for someone who can deliver a 5 star service, giving the customer journey a great experience and ensuring that their expectations are always met, if not exceeded.

We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef who is calm and works well under pressure. As Sous Chef you will assist in seeing the smooth day to day running of the kitchen.

We’re looking for someone who, as well as having excellent skills as a Sous Chef, has a passion for good, fresh food and a good head for business. You will need to have the ability to efficiently manage a small kitchen team in the head chef’s absence and so will need to demonstrate exceptional kitchen management and organisational skills, as well as your ability to motivate and inspire a close knit team.
