You walk guest to a room dancing, explain the facilities graciously (maybe singing) because we are different.

• Prefer a tablet to a desktop

• Truly understand what ‘follow up’ means
• You are there for the guest, regardless the request
• Provide accurate directions to Piccadilly Circus. Or Brighton
• Intelligently discuss food, sport and latest news, all while remembering the guest name and minibar items
• You enjoy writing a handover
• Identify your favourite corporate guest, coz you brought him/her in

• Your creativity is natural and appreciate everyone ideas

• Emails, emails, emails
• Don’t leave until the job is finished
• Are humble and lead by example
• You jump up from bed every morning looking forward to your next shift. Truly
