Reservation Agent - The Hoxton, Hox House London

We are looking for a Night Porter to join us here at The Hoxton, Holborn.

Reporting to our Front Office Manager, Ellen you will be responsible to support the night team and ensuring guest needs are met. 

Main Responsibilities...

• Assists the in house guests with their requests.
• Assists and collaborates with the front desk team.
• Assists and support the Night Manager when required.
• Maintains a perfect level of cleanliness of all public areas.
• Maintains a perfect level of cleanliness of guests’ toilets after the housekeeping staff working hours.
• Sets up Apartment meeting rooms for the following day as instructed.
• Organises the breakfast deliveries.
• Maintains observation over guests and guests’ property to ensure security alerts are kept to a minimum.

We Want You If…

• You have hotel or leisure related experience in a similar role.
• High level of verbal and written communication skills, competent computer skills.
• You jump out of bed every morning, fizzing with energy and jazzed about what you’re doing today.
• You get us. You know our hotels, you’ve hung out in our bars and possibly regretted that last cocktail the next morning.
• You get stuff done.
• You’re not precious. You appreciate some ideas work and some don’t. But we do like to try (almost) everything once.
