What we need in a nutshell

We need a friendly and enthusiastic person to welcome our guests at the start of their holidays and make sure they have everything they need for a fantastic break.

The nitty gritty of what you’ll be doing

In this seasonal role, you’ll welcome guests when they arrive. You will create that all-important first impression, making guests feel special and sharing their excitement about their holiday.  You will be:

• Welcoming guest with a smile and a chat
• Checking them in and sorting out the relevant paperwork
• Directing them to where they need to go, clearly and concisely
• Helping guests with luggage if they need you to.

You’ll need to be available to work your magic on bank holidays and weekends too.

Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need

Have you got the following?

• The passion and energy to make a difference to each and every guest.
• The desire to be a great ambassador for the company
• Brilliant organisational and communication skills
• A love of working outside – whatever the weather
• Experience of working in a team
• Experience in a customer-facing role would be a bonus
