About the Role:

We are currently recruiting for a Night Concierge to join our very friendly and experienced team.

• Your working pattern will be 4 nights on/ 4 nights off working 8pm until 8am.
• You may be expected to assist with providing additional cover for holidays and sickness

Duties:

• General Concierge duties – arranging car transfers, taxis, dining reservations etc.
• Assisting with guests’ luggage on arrival and departure
• Ordering and delivery of newspapers
• Security checks
• Assisting with Housekeeping duties such as preparing extra beds etc
• Taking and delivering room service orders

Essentials:

• You need to have a good knowledge of London
• A good command of the English language, both spoken and written
• A full driving licence is required
