Receptionist- our expectation

  • Greet and welcome the guest on arrival at the hotel and escort them to their suite.
  • To perform check in and check out as per the policy and procedure.
  • To be aware of hotel facilities and services at all times and to give information on the same in accordance with the hotel policy.
  • To have a thorough knowledge of the operation of the computer systems relevant to the concierge.
  • Be positioned in the lobby during peak times.
  • To participate in any training sessions as and when required.
