Food & Beverage Managerour expectation

  • Work closely with Heads of Departments to oversee the operation of all Food and Beverage areas.
  • Demonstrate a high level of business acumen and market knowledge in the development of strategy to achieve and improve upon revenue targets.
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef in the development, and approval of Menus for Food and Beverage outlets.
  • Monitor the relevant GSTS / RSTS scores and take a pro-active approach to investigating issues and resolving areas of weakness.
  • Coach and nurture all Food and Beverage associates in the performance of their duties.

Specifications for the Food & Beverage Manager:

Essential

  1. Previous experience working as a Food and Beverage Manager in a multi-oulet operation.
  2. Excellent interpersonal skills and outgoing disposition, able to interact with confidence and influence others at all levels.
  3. Pro-active with excellent organizational skills and the ability to balance conflicting priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
  4. An excellent command of written and spoken English and the ability to draft well-expressed correspondence, reports and policy documents.
  5. Fully conversant with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to work with and develop personnel information systems.
  6. Eligibility to live and work in the UK

Desirable

  1. Certification in Intermediate Food Safety.
  2. Knowledge of LQA standards.
  3. An ability to handle, manage and advise on casework.
