We’re looking for a Spa Therapist to join the team at the Richmond Gate Hotel.

Seen as one of the most elegant hotels in Richmond, The Richmond Gate Hotel & Leisure Club is a beautiful eighteenth century building situated at the top of Richmond Hill - surrounded by top local attractions. Currently undergoing a major refurbishment of the property and renovation of the Spa and leisure club facilities.

We have a superb opportunity for a Spa Therapist with a passion to deliver consistent exceptional service who wishes to develop their career within a progressive company. Ideally you will be NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualified and ESPA training and experience would be a distinct advantage.

As Spa Therapist you will be required to carry out a variety of treatments including massage, you will be knowledgeable, friendly and committed to ensuring that every guest's visit to the Spa is one to remember. You'll consult each client to fully understand their personal needs and be committed to delivering high quality, exceptional treatments. As a Spa Therapist you’ll also be supporting the Spa reception delivering exceptional customer service with the opportunity to maximise revenue through careful diary management and proactive selling.
