Casual Events Waiter - London

We are currently recruiting for a Casual Events Waiter to join our busy and highly successful team.

As a Casual Events Waiter your main responsibility will be to run the daily operation of the events scheduled. You will be liaising with senior management and other team members, to ensure that the highest level of customer service is delivered and the expectations of our guests are being consistently exceeded. 

Main Duties:

  • Assist with the daily operations of the events department
  • Maintain and deliver consistent Firmdale standards
  • Meet and greet guests in a warm and inspirational manner
  • Take instructions and direction from the management team
  • Awareness of daily functions, and be confident of the timings and  allocated duties required

Skills:

  • Previous experience as a Waiter within a banqueting department or a luxury events venue
  • Superb attention to detail
  • The ability to work well in a busy and pressurised environment
  • A good approach to teamwork
  • Excellent personal presentation
  • Resilience and drive to get things right first time

Hours required:

Zero hour contracts are available as well as 45 hour contracts
