Waiter/Waitress - Min Jiang Restaurant - Royal Garden Hotel, London

Our critically acclaimed 3AA Rosette restaurant, Min Jiang, offers guests the most authentic Chinese fine dining experience in London. Using fresh ingredients and traditional cooking styles, Min Jiang offers guests breathtaking views of Kensington Gardens and the London skyline while they enjoy a perfect dining experience. 

We are looking for passionate Waiters or Waitresses to join our team at Min Jiang, London. This position offers a great opportunity to extend your F&B skills in a very unique environment. You will be responsible for preparing the mise en place as well as to assist the Captain to deliver an efficient and courteous Food and Beverage service to our guests within your section.

Previous fine dining service experience is absolutely essential. The successful candidate will demonstrate a genuine passion for working in a busy Food and Beverage operation and will be looking to build their career within this field. You also need to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills as well as good general knowledge of food and wine. Knowledge of Chinese cuisine and culture is an asset.

The position is based on 40 hours per week, working on average 5 days per week. You will be required to work 3 split shifts per week.
