The Night Manager role:-

Working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, the Night Manager will manage and supervise a smooth and efficient Night Service & Night Audit. They will ensure that our 5 star high level customer service is maintained on a 24 hour basis. They will ensure that a thorough and comprehensive hand-over is carried out from Reception at the start and end of each shift. They will provide a late guest check in and information service. The Night Manager should be able to demonstrate management or supervisory experience in Reception, Night Porters or related discipline in the hotel or travel trade industry, preferably gained within a 4/5 Red Star establishment.

The Night Manager will:-

Be computer literate preference will be given to candidates who have experience in Opera Fidelio or similar advanced PMS systems.
Have outstanding leadership skills.
Possess a 'can do' attitude, attention to detail and be able to use your own initiative.
Have excellent customer service skills.
Possess a good command of the English language, both written and verbal
Have the ability to work under pressure, dealing with lots of information at once, and always with a smile on your face.
