Calcot Spa is everything you would expect from a Cotswold Spa. Quiet, calm, beautifully designed and with the uplifting spa aroma that instantly suggests relaxation. The building is lovely, the lavender-lined outdoor hot tub and open fire is inviting and of course the healthy menu is delicious – but most importantly, the spa and the team are exceptional.

We are currently looking for a Spa Receptionist to join our team at Calcot Spa.

As Spa Receptionist you will be the first person to offer a warm and friendly welcome to all of our members and guests on arrival at the Calcot Spa or by telephone. You will be responsible for taking bookings and dealing with guest queries, taking payments, administration for membership, fitness appointments and spa days. You will provide a high standard of service at all times.

Other responsibilities will include completing the opening and closing procedures, cleaning in and around the reception area and the changing rooms throughout the day.

This is a full-time position working 5 days out of 7 including some weekends on a rotational basis, and shift patterns vary and are usually early or late.
