The cleaner not only ensures the restaurant is a safe working environment for all staff, but for our guests too, impacting hugely on their visit and giving them an unforgettable dining experience.

• Hospitable and polite with the ability to communicate in an open and honest manner.
• Ensuring all restaurant areas are kept clean and hygienic in line with brand, company and restaurant manager requirements
• Able to operate all cleaning equipment’s, complete cleaning duties and clean areas within the kitchen and restaurant areas as required by the cleaning rotas and instructions of the restaurant manager
• Taking responsibility for the health, safety and welfare of all our guests, colleagues and self at all times
• Maintaining a clean and tidy appearance and work in an orderly manner in line with brand standards and legal requirements
