Senior Revenue Manager - Shore Based - Southampton

As a market leader in the cruise line industry, we operate spectacular ships all over the world. Join our Commercial department and play a key part within the Revenue Management team responsible for the management of the pricing / revenue optimisation strategy for P&O Cruises / Cunard from launch to sailing.

The Role

The Senior Manager, Revenue Management is accountable for:

Maximising the revenue performance across the full selling cycle.  Managing the team to deliver appropriate strategies for the range of products, including both launch and campaign phases, as well as the optimisation of revenue through management of rate of sale via price and inventory control. Responsibility for the liaison with International markets, as well as other areas of Commercial, to ensure efficient communication and effective collaboration with key stakeholders.  Delivery of accurate and timely revenue forecasts.

 

Background

In order to be successful in this role you will have ex[erience in:

Developing strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.  Experience in revenue optimisation processes, and promoting cross functional working and delivery.   Practical awareness of revenue management and with experience of driving results through leadership Experience of continuous improvement and change management
