An amazing opportunity has become available for an experienced Operations Manager with personality, passion and drive to join and lead a group of restaurants across the South / South West region of UK.

What will you be doing?

As an Operations Manager you will provide the development, management and leadership to the Senior Managers in your area; delivering the area targets, business and people plans and optimising the financial performance, capability and standards.

You are a mentor to aspiring managers in the business, who leads from the front taking ownership of the business and coaches excellence.

Your in-depth knowledge of the industry combined with your organisational and planning skills will play an important part in delivering against targets.

As well as having a strong management background and area management experience, our Operations Managers are individuals. We want to hear from Operation Managers with:

  • Experience of leading a multi-site team
  • Preferably restaurant or food background
  • Significant business and commercial acumen
  • Coaching, mentoring and development of a team of managers
  • Depth of understanding of the industry and our market sector
  • Ability to influence at a senior level
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
