£25,000 - £30,000 per annum

Louise Parker is seeking an outgoing and service-focused candidate to join our vibrant team. This exciting and fast-paced role sits at the heart of our business within our Operations team.

The successful candidate will have a track record of service and sales preferably in the health and fitness sector. You will be responsible for the full client journey from enquiry to programme setup right through to client retention. The role is customer facing and you will be an ambassador for our programmes, brand and values and will lead by example with a positive and supportive manner.

In addition to your supporting new clients, you will also be a key member of the Operations Team, helping us to run smoothly and further develop existing processes to drive the business forward as we continue to expand.

You will be organised, a self-starter and have an eye for detail with both verbal and written communication and exceptional diary management skills a must. You must be comfortable with managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines as we work in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will likely posses some of the following skills / experience:

• Outstanding communication skills both verbally and written
• Confidence to operate effectively in a customer facing role
• Sales and service experience with formal qualifications or training an
• advantage
• Degree qualified
• Strong commercial acumen
• Process driven and logical thinker
• Passion for health and wellbeing

This is a full-time role based in our Walton Street clinic and we are offering competitive remuneration commensurate with experience plus benefits package including company bonus scheme.
