Front Office Manager - Moor Hall Hotel & Spa, Sutton Coldfield

Moor Hall Hotel is a four-star hotel with 82 bedrooms, conference facilities for up to 250 and its own Leisure Club & Spa, situated on the outskirts of Sutton Coldfield.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Front of House Manager to join our Front Office team.

As Front of House Manager you will report to the General Manager and lead both teams to deliver outstanding customer service to visitors and guests of the hotel. You will motivate the team to check guests in and out, ensuring the correct payments are made, offer friendly and expert information and guidance to guests, actively promote the hotel’s facilities and maximise opportunities for room sales.

The successful candidate will be customer-focussed with a passion for delivering quality service. You will demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills and have a keen eye for detail. Experience of managing a hotel reception and hotel reservation sales is essential and knowledge of the Guestline front office system would be an advantage.

This is a full time position working shifts to include evenings and weekends
