The Role

• Provide a safe and fun environment for members
• Promote knowledge of proper group fitness components, i.e.: warm up, aerobic exercise, flexibility, cool down, etc.
• Knowledgeable in techniques and dynamics of Group Fitness
• Provide customer service to members
• Maintain the Group Fitness equipment and room
• Assist members, answer questions and maintain a positive exercise experience
• A passion for people and their health & wellbeing
• Outstanding customer service and people skills
• The ability to work in a team environment

Candidates would hold the following qualifications:

• Certified in their area of field and or Level 2 Fitness Certification
• First Aid qualified
• Public Liability insurance to £5 Million
