Brief Job Summary:

• To provide first class service to the hotel guest
• Customer complaint handling
• Check Ins, check outs
• Admin & reporting
• Upselling packages
• Setting up packages
• Bespoke concierge service

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent customer service skills
• Reliable with an ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
• Great attention to detail
