Sales Manager – Scarborough 

Up to 28K and OTE 4K 

I am currently recruiting for an award winning Leisure provider who are looking for a hungry proactive sales manager. The role is paying up to 28K for the right candidate who has the drive to continuously strive to hit KPI’s and sales targets

The role will be to lead the existing sales team on a daily basis- ensuring training and development and ongoing coaching is provided. As well as supporting your team you will also be responsible for your own sales- there is a great sales culture in site and there will be time to generate leads alongside your team to build your sales numbers.
With a great facility to sell it really is a pleasure engaging prospects in the local community- you goal is to get them active and be the provider of choice! 

The successful candidate:

*Will have previous sales experience

*Be passionate about health and fitness

*Have proven results in achieving KPI's and revenue targets

*Have had supervisory or management experience

You will have to have previous experience in sales management, although industry experience is not essential it would be preferential if you have a good understanding of the leisure industry and have the passion to sell a healthier lifestyle.
