Join this luxury Health and Beauty establishment exclusively for women.  Work alongside this established team which are dedicated to offering a 5 star service which attracts the high society of Bahrain and VIP’s which are looking for the best Trainers to get them into shape and offer support to help them achieve their goals. 

Key Role:

• Create one-on-one personal training programmers for guests, ensures proper their delivery and demonstrates machines and techniques, whilst educating guests on fitness matters. 
• Conducts effective gym inductions to new members and carries out initial health assessments.  
• Monitors the guests’ progress by way of regular follow-up health checks.  
• Performs gym circuit sessions for individuals and groups
• Provides innovative ideas and classes 
• Advises on health and nutrition topics
• Teaches scheduled studio classes, keeping up-to-date with the latest techniques in the fitness industry.

Overview & Requirements:

• Our client requires a Fitness professional can get their ladies members  ‘bikini body’ ready i.e. remain feminine but with defined muscles and great body toning.
• Fitness Instructors do both 1 to 1 and group training
• The club offers Pilates, Spinning through to personal training, Zumba/dance classes
• The Gym is fully equipped with additional studio for Aerobics, Pilates and Spinning
• Full Job Spec can be provided on application 

Critical skills and competencies required for this post:

• Fitness Instructor qualification
• 3-5 years’ experience in similar field
• Desire to provide phenomenal experiences to guests: possess a professional attitude and outlook.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Be assertive, quick thinking
• Be customer focused
• Able to adapt to flexible work pattern
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

TAX FREE OVERSEAS PACKAGE: 

This package offers a financial package ranging from BD 820 (£1,560.00 per month
up to £2,759.00 as the company can offer your two types of packages from higher
basic salary and lower commissions or lower basic salary and higher commissions
with accommodation options after the first 3 months.

Accommodation Provided: 

High quality company accommodation, private bedroom, shared
two bedroom apartment.

Package One:

• This package offers a financial package of BD820 (£1,560 per month) which includes a basic salary of 600BD (£1,44,21)
• Which includes your earning potential based on 10% Commission, with 5 PT  Sessions per day (6 days per week)

Package Two: 

• This package offers a financial package of BD1450 (£2,759 per month) which includes a basic salary of 350 BD (£667.46)
• Which includes your earning potential based on 40% Commission, with 5 PT  Sessions per day (6 days per week)

At Month 4: You may Choose the following Options:

A – Remaining in Company Accommodation 

• Personal Training staff will receive BD1100 (£2,093.38) per month 
• Which includes your earning potential, based on 40% Commission, based on 5 PT Sessions per day (6 days per week)

B – Living outside Company Accommodation

• Personal Training staff will receive BD1345 (£2,559.63) per month
• Which includes your earning potential based on 40% Commission, based on 5 PT Sessions per day (6 days per week) plus Accommodation and Transport Allowance. 

All packages Include: 

• Air Tickets: Annual Airline tickets to/from country of residence 
• Annual Ticket: To home at the end of your first year.
• Medical: Private Medical Insurance
• Life Insurance: Company provided
• Vacation: Paid, 30 calendar days’ vacation per annum, based on package one.
