Contracts Marketing Manager - Kingston & Elmbridge Contracts

Salary: £25k - £27k

Hours: 40 hours                       

We are looking for a Contracts Marketing Manager supporting our Kingston and Elmbridge contracts. In this role you will have the opportunity to flex your marketing muscles, implementing an effective marketing plan to ‘create active places and healthy people.’

What your role will be

As one of our Contracts Marketing Managers you will use the companywide marketing strategy and tailor this to work best at a local level.

You will become an expert with what marketing and attraction works for the centres you support, ensuring that the range of media channels used maximises effectiveness.  We are keen to make a real difference and are happy to review our activities, both health and marketing related, you will monitor key performance indicators, reviewing these and making improvements when and where possible.

Places for People Leisure have a clear philosophy and strategy, it will be your role to ensure all internal and external displays echo this. You will report directly into one of our Regional Marketing Manager and so will reap the benefit of learning from an experienced and supportive manager.

The role covers facilities within Kingston and Elmbridge. The successful candidate would have the flexibility of working from all facilities within both contracts.

Your background

We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals with a passion for marketing. Experience delivering marketing strategy across multiple sites would be highly desirable.

You will have a good knowledge of digital tools and maximise these to increase membership and active users. Part of your role will see you managing effective and engaging promotions. Communication is key in this role both with our staff and the local communities using our centres. Friendly and engaged individuals will do well in this role.
