Responsibilities include:

  • As part of the venue management team you would need to communicate effectively with all in that team and junior levels, assisting the Head Chef with whatever is needed
  • Assist with the management of food stock
  • Ensure that food is delivered through high volume periods to the Topgolf standards
  • Assist with management of the GP% and control wastage
  • Identify chefs that show potential to become the next Topgolf stars and nurture their talent
  • Adhere to health and safety standards, as well as ensuring other chefs and compliant with regulations.
