Sports Experience Assistant - Operations - City Campus Newcastle

Full time / Permanent | £16,929 - £18,777 per annum

The Sport Experience Assistant is Northumbria Sport’s key customer facing role and will ensure all of our customers are provided with an outstanding customer experience every time.

Whilst Sport Experience Assistants will have a ‘nominated’ area they will be flexible and perform a variety of customer facing roles within a sport facility or service area and ensure maximum facility use is optimised at all times.

The nominated area for this role is Operations:

• To deliver general supervision of the facility and its daily operations.
• To deliver pool lifeguard duties as training and qualifications allow.
