The Bar Supervisor role:

The Bar Supervisor supports with all aspects of the 2 Bars – Bar 1086 and The Library Bar. The Supervisor must maintain and control an exceptional level of guest service, by ensuring consistent and thoughtful service.
The ideal Bar Supervisor candidate will have an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any task – personifying luxury guest service:
Previous experience within luxury hospitality preferable at a similar level.

The following skills are required:

• Excellent food and beverage knowledge with cocktail and spirit knowledge preferred.
• Strong supervisory skills are essential.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English is also required.
