Catering Manager - Isle of Wight

We are looking to appoint a Catering Manager at our Isle of Wight centre to deliver catering standards that delight clients and meet company standards. The Catering Manager will be accountable for the planning and implementation of Catering services and standards that drives centres delivery and achievement of the highest levels of guest satisfaction and ensures achievement of costs in line with budgets.

About you

The successful candidate will have proven experience of food preparation in a fast paced and commercial environment along with proven people management and development skills with the ability to motivate and enthuse teams. You will hold a city and guilds (catering) and advanced food hygiene qualifications. You will be an excellent communicator who is open, honest and acts with integrity.
