Baroosh Marlow is situated right in the heart of Marlow town and has been a hit with the locals since opening.  This well-kept business has a busy liquor and food trade and we are looking for an experienced Manager to take the helm and deliver another successful year.


Manager Profile
We are looking for a passionate, standards driven General Manager to join our successful team and drive this business forward.  The right applicant will have previous experience of managing a high street concept, be passionate about food service and delivering a great drinks offer.  They will know how to get the best out of their team through ongoing coaching and development, and have a drive to succeed.  Due to the volume of trade at this business it is unfortunately not first time appointment.

  • A proven ability to build, lead and develop a team both on the bar and in the kitchen.
  • Clear and concise lines of communication
  • Demonstrable ability to build sales
  • Proven ability to deliver key costs lines to budget
  • Second to none standards both FOH and BOH

  • Time management and faultless organisation
