Reception Shift Leader - 5* Hotel London

My client has a fantastic opportunity for a strong and charismatic person to join as a Reception Shift Leader

Working for one of London's definitive contemporary luxury hotels. Located in the heart of buzzing Central London this award-winning 5 star hotel offers the vibrant Lobby Bar and a stylish gluten and dairy-free restaurant.

The hotel boasts a stunning chlorine free swimming pool with underwater music, a state-of-the-art gym with dedicated personal trainers, cutting-edge technology and spa treatments from the prestigious skincare house, Natura Bissé.

As a Reception Shift Leader your role is to ensure the smooth running of the front of house areas of the hotel. You will be the main point of contact for all guest queries and essentially be the face of the hotel. You will also be a role model to the Guest Service Agents. The successfully recruited Reception Shift Leader will have a passion for service excellence and will enjoy working in professional surroundings. 

Requirements:

• Previous supervisory experience in a luxury 4 or 5 star hotel
• Be a natural leader with a passion to grow
• Have a good command of the English language (command of a second language would be an advantage)
• Be flexible with shift patterns (days/nights)
• Excellent grooming and presentation

Responsibilities:

• Understanding and knowing our guests
• Ensuring the seamless running of the Reception
• Training and improving the team to Leading Quality Assurance standards as the minimum
• Maintaining strong relationships with all departments
• Assisting with projects
