Group Maintenance Manager - RAD Hotel Group
We’re looking for an all-round Maintenance Manager to manage our planned preventative and reactive maintenance programme for our portfolio of 6 hotels. Reporting directly to the Company Director, you’ll oversee the maintenance team and programme for our properties.
The RAD Hotel Group are a multi-award winning, family owned group of hotels in the West of Scotland. At present, the group boasts The Lochside House Hotel Lodges & Spa (New Cumnock), The Royal Hotel (Cumnock), The Carlton Hotel (Prestwick), The Radstone Hotel (Larkhall), Hetland Hall Hotel (Dumfries) and Dalmeny Park Hotel (Barrhead). Renowned for providing an exceptional customer experience regardless the purpose of a visit we are looking to expand our team due to continued growth.
And as such as Group Maintenance Manager you will be confident in all basic maintenance skills including painting, decorating, electrical, joinery and plumbing. You will need to have a keen eye for detail, be an effective communicator and possess excellent knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations. You will be organised and react promptly and efficiently as requested to meet the needs of the business. Previous experience of working within a leisure environment including working with Spas and Swimming Pools would be highly desirable together with Level 3 Pool Plant certification.
What you’ll need.
Previous experience of managing a large property or portfolio of properties. A clean and full UK driving license. Flexible due to nature of hospitality business. Time served trades person and sound knowledge of multi-trades.
