Sous Chef - Dalmeny Park House Hotel, Barrhead

We are seeking a Sous Chef at Dalmeny Park Hotel, to deputise for the Head Chef and assist in the smooth and efficient running of the kitchen. The kitchen is high volume and fast paced environment delivering a twist on modern and European dishes.

The RAD Hotel Group are a multi-award winning, ambitious group of hotels in the West of Scotland. At present, the group boasts The Lochside House Hotel Lodges & Spa (New Cumnock), The Radstone Hotel (Larkhall), The Carlton Hotel (Prestwick)The Royal Hotel (Cumnock), Hetland Hall Hotel (Dumfries) and Dalmeny Park Hotel (Barrhead). Renowned for providing an exceptional customer experience regardless the purpose of a visit, we are looking to expand our team due to continued growth.

Our Sous Chef will be confident in all areas of the kitchen department. You will be responsible in assisting the Head Chef in effectively managing the brigade and ensuring the quality of food meets RAD Hotel Group standards and meets current Food Hygiene laws. You will be organised and have a keen eye for detail.

What you’ll need.

Previous experience at Senior CDP or Sous Chef level will be expected for this position. Used to working in a fast-paced kitchen environment within a similar quality of hospitality establishment. You will be an excellent communicator and knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations.
