We are looking for a commis chef for our Brasserie style Restaurant in Borough Market
ABOUT US:
We are a busy Fish restaurant with take away
THE ROLE:
We are looking for a commis chef who can work 7 shifts over 5 days,with a flexible rota.
You will need to be of a calm disposition combined with the ability to work & communicate under pressure in this busy and friendly environment, have a passion and desire to deliver food of the highest standards with the knowledge of food hygiene.
