We’re looking for a Senior Bartender to join the team at the Christchurch Harbour Hotel and Spa.

The Christchurch Harbour Hotel & Spa is part of the Harbour Hotels Group of privately owned hotels in stunning locations with emphasis on quality food, beverage and outstanding hospitality. Set against the backdrop of spectacular harbour views, it is the perfect place to relax, dine and drink.

We have a superb opportunity for a Senior Bartender to join the Team. As Senior Bartender you will need to have excellent cocktails skills and good bar product knowledge. There will be an emphasis on wine and a good knowledge is therefore required. You will need a minimum of 2 years’ bar experience, ideally with some supervisory and be capable of working in a fast paced environment. Experience of working in a quality bar/restaurant, together with a real passion for customer excellence is essential.
