Job Details
GLL is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor based at the Link Centre in Swindon, Wiltshire. You'll play a key role in day to day operation and supervision of Sales whilst providing excellent customer service to ensure key sales performance indicators are met.
As a Customer Service Supervisor, you'll supervise team members in duties and performance whilst motivating them reach monthly goals and create a positive working environment. Retaining existing customers by providing excellent customer service whilst building a new customer base to maximise sales will be key. You'll monitor your KPIs on a daily basis to ensure accuracy as well as the sales activity scheduled for the day. Overseeing the marketing and promotion of the centre, you'll actively generate leads through these activities. You'll operate, maintain and manage a range of management and software packages as well as the Direct Debit system.
Ideally, you will have an NVQ Level 2 Customer Service with experience of working in a busy leisure / health and fitness centre or a customer focused environment. An excellent communicator and natural people person, you'll liaise with a range of people from our customers and external bodies to other departments within the organisation. IT skills are essential as is successful budgetary control experience and working with Direct Debit systems. You'll be highly organised as you'll need to meet tight deadlines whilst prioritising you're workload and expectations of others.
