Haven, a key brand within Bourne Leisure are currently looking for a Regional Entertainments Support Partner.

The two key elements of this role will be to: -

Support a number of parks in different regions on all aspects of product delivery and to coach the park teams to strive for excellence. It is essential that strong relationships are built with Entertainment Managers, Retail Managers and the Operations Directors. To work with the Head of Entertainment to lead the creative vision for all areas of our entertainment provision. You should have specialist experience of writing, producing and directing light entertainment concepts in different areas and venues across the leisure sector.

Reporting to the Head of Entertainment, key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing the production team and all supply partners in the creation and delivery of all staged events, productions, shows, Seaside Squad adventures & concerts and light entertainment formats.
  • Supporting around a dozen parks on all aspects of product delivery, building strong relationships with the wider park leadership team and the Operations Directors in the process. This will be a very large part of this role. This role is crucial in improving communication between the park teams and the support teams moving forward.
  • Working with the Head of Entertainment to schedule the company wide rehearsal and boot camp training process to include engaging creatives, writers, producers, choreographers, musicians, vocal coaches and production specialists.
  • Ensuring that rehearsal and training schedules reflect the right amount of creative time, whilst considering financial.
  • Being the first point of contact to the supplier for account management for anything production related.
  • Working with all relevant park teams to gather feedback to ensure that content is meeting expectations, utilising guest feedback.
  • Attending showcases, open days, events throughout the year to source quality, innovative and new talent, and to brief into the supplier
  • Briefing agents with business updates and feedback from across the business to ensure the consistency of product
  • Drafting and amending contracts for review for special events
  • Taking on special one-off projects as required and to see them through from initiation to completion

The Successful Candidate:

  • Be able to demonstrate experience in a similar role within the entertainments sector working within a head office or production company environment.
  • Must be confident working independently and as part of a multi-functional team, 'owning' your projects to see all projects through to completion
  • Must demonstrate a real can-do attitude and willing to provide excellent service to all key stakeholders
  • Must have strong attention to detail and ability to deliver to tight deadlines
  • A forward thinking 'people person' with ability to inspire and influence others
  • As a large proportion of this role will be supporting the parks across the country, the ability to drive and be comfortable on the road is a necessity.
