Spa Receptionist - Part Time to join our Spa team.

Spa Receptionist Overview

We are looking for an experienced Spa Receptionist to support the Spa Manager in the smooth running of our luxury 5* Spa reception. Working as part of a small team the Spa Receptionist will be professional, courteous and welcoming. The Spa Receptionist will be responsible for meeting and greeting guests, booking treatments, diary management, up-selling and promoting spa products. We are also looking for a Spa Receptionist who is also a qualified therapist and who can step in and help with treatments as and when required. We are looking for someone who will work 24 hours. This role will include weekend and evening work.

 

Attributes/Experience

 

Spa reception experience required.

 

Must hold NVQ 2 and 3 (or equivalent) in Beauty

 

IT Skills (Word / Excel) along with Concept and Opera is desirable

 

Excellent Customer Care Skills

 

Ability to multi-task and work under pressure

 

Friendly, confident, professional, proactive, smart and immaculate presentation.
