The Lucky Onion are now searching for a talented individual to join our highly regarded Front of House team as Receptionist at our Boutique Hotel, No.38 The Park in Cheltenham.

Our ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional service and a warm welcome to our guests. With the ability to multi-task, you will be dedicated, organised and efficient with a positive outlook and a sense of fun and professionalism in equal measure.  Attention to detail will be crucial to maintain consistency of service and to ensure guests always leave delighted by their visit.

With the opportunity to host exclusive hire events and The Lucky Onion Supper Club, the Guest Service Assistant role is varied. Day to day shift responsibilities include managing guest check-ins and check-outs, serving breakfast, taking guest reservations, liaising with departments and dealing with guest queries; ensuring that details are accurately recorded and telephone calls are handled in a friendly and efficient manner.

Previous experience working in a responsible front of house role and a desire to progress your career in the industry is a must.This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated and ambitious individual to grow and broaden their front of house skills - working alongside a passionate and committed team.
