Venue General Manager

Tonic are looking for a Venue General Manager for an iconic site located in NW9. The site is an attraction with a great food and beverage offering for visitors well as hosting a variety of events throughout the calendar. 

The successful Venue General Manager will have - 

• Excellent people skills, a natural with guests and your team you will be a natural 'people person'. You will effectively, communicate, delegate and motivate 
• Awareness and a great working knowledge of all legislation that is relevant to your work and ensure that all legal requirement are met including: Licensing, Health and Safety at Work, COSHH, Environmental Health, Fire Precautions and any others
• A strong commercial focus, you will be an 'ideas' person and someone who thinks outside the box to drive revenue and save on the bottom line
• A natural passion for food and beverages, you will be aware of trends within the market and will be able to exploit them to the advantage of the business
• Experience with large scale events, from initial enquiry to delivery and aftercare
• Experience managing teams of at least 20 people
• A CV which shows longevity and loyalty within your career
