Reception Team - Hogarths Solihull
We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our Reception Team. We require a professional & experienced Receptionist to join us at this very busy four star hotel, with 49 bedrooms, 6 event events rooms & Busy Restaurant, there's never a dull moment!
The role will be to maintain the highest standards when dealing with our guest's needs, act as an ambassador for customer service delivering an individual personal service to customers and to have a keen eye for detail and precision data entry.
As a team member your duties will include:
- Constantly seek to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Checking guests in and out
- Dealing with guest enquiries and resolving customer complaints
- Balancing and banking
- Operating the switchboard
- Liaising with all departments on a day to day basis
- Taking room reservations
The candidates must have previous experience in a similar role and will be expected to demonstrate previous skills gained from working in this guest focused environment. There are opportunities for training, development and Apprenticeship options.
The candidate must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings, shift times are: Early: 7am – 3pm, Late: 3pm-11pm.
Previous hotel experience is essential for this role.
