Deputy General Manager needed for an exciting opportunity located in Oxford. This is a role within a top-level Gastro Pub offering all day dining with a focus on top quality produce and modern culinary ideas. This is a very foodie role and it is essential that the candidate can say that they have a passion for great grub!

Person Required

• Must be able to demonstrate their experience working in management positions in quality focussed and foodie businesses
• Show a genuine passion for the industry and an interest in current food and drinks trends as well as classic dishes
• Always strive to exceed customer expectations and go the extra mile
• Creative, hands on and passionate
• You must be flexible, adaptable and resourceful as a Manager
