Desk Concierge - our expectation

To provide an efficient service to guests throughout their stay in the hotel.

To arrange delivery, collection and storage of guest luggage, following correct procedure in terms of record, receipts and security of the same.

To book taxis and cars for guests upon request and to use the recommended company unless specified by the guest.

To book theatre/cinema tickets for guests following company procedures and using the recommended agents.

To be a member of the Les Clefs d'Or and holding keys.
