Watford Gap Motorway Services is located just on the M1 between Daventry and Rugby and is looking to recruit an Assistant Manager to support the team within our brand new Costa Coffee Drive Thru opening this summer

 

We are looking for enthusiastic people who have previous supervisory/management experience, are customer focussed and commercially savvy! If you thrive off working in a fast paced environment with a great team, we want to hear from you.

As an Assistant Manager within Costa your role responsibilities will include;

• Day to day management of the unit and team.
• Exceed customer expectations.
• Drive brand standards, KPI’s and targets.
• Identify new business opportunities to drive the unit forwards.
• Coach/mentor team members to deliver the products and service to brand standards.
