We’re looking for a Chef de Partie to join the team at the Chichester Harbour Hotel and Spa.

Chichester Harbour Hotel is part of the Harbour Hotels Group of privately owned hotels in stunning locations with emphasis on quality food, beverage and outstanding hospitality. The recently opened award winning Jetty restaurant & Bar offers a fantastic dining experience with exciting, local, fresh and seasonal changing menus.

We have a superb opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join the team in delivering exceptional food and a first class guest experience in a hotel that offers contemporary dining with an á la carte’ menu. As Chef de Partie you will be capable of confidently running your own section in the kitchen working to the high standards in place. At least 6 months experience as a Chef de Partie is preferred, ideally from a 1/2 Rosette background.
