Duty Manager

Are you an exceptional individual who is passionate about providing first class customer service?

The role

This is an excellent "step up" opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to move into management within a 5* hospitality environment . The Duty Manager role is a key position focusing on the smooth day to day operation of this luxury country house hotel. A core responsibility of the Duty Manager will be to ensure that the quality of internal and external service meets current standards of performance criteria and that the style of service delivery is consistent with Elite Hotels core values. The Duty Manager must ensure that the product and facilities are maintained to a five star standard at all times and that sales and profitability are maximised.

 

 

What we need from you

 

Strong communication and leadership skills, confidence in working with team members and guests. You will have excellent customer service skills and be well presented. Comprehensive knowledge of Health and Safety regulations would be an advantage. Ideally a "next step" position or you have worked within a supervisory/management role prior to this.
