An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Member Service Manager to join our dynamic team at Fitness First Brixton.
What is the role?
As a Member Service Manager, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the Front of House team, driving them to provide the highest standards of customer service at all times and delivering our recognised Member Experience strategy across all departments.
You will create an atmosphere full of energy & fun, maximising the member experience on the gym floor.
Your focus will be on Customer interaction - talking to the members, you will support and inspire them on their fitness journey.
What do you need?
Previous management experience leading teams, customer service & the drive to exceed set targets.
We are looking for energetic versatile people that have a passion for fitness, someone that can really get to know the members.
You will need the confidence to deal with member feedback & queries and be able to excel within a fast-paced environment.
