We are seeking an enthusiast Bar Manager to assist in running our vibrant, busy floating buzzing all day Australian restaurant & bar. Serving award winning brunch, innovative small plates and Josper grilled meat. As well as our almost all natural wine list, craft beer & innovative cocktails (see Instagram: daisygreencollection). Seeking professional bar manager passionate about emulating our fun and friendly Aussie service. A team player keen to make their mark on our exciting and evolving business. We are looking for an enthusiastic Bar Manager to join our awesome team.

About our bar manager:

• Sound beer, wine, spirits & cocktails knowledge
• A team player, work closely with your peers
• Inspiring and engaging personality with real leadership capabilities 
• Preferred 2+ years of bar  management experience in a busy Bar or Restaurant with a real focus on great service 
• Great eye for Detail 
• Consistent and professional approach to other staff members 
• Extensive food, wine and coffee experience 
• Valid UK visa with 2+ years remaining 
• Familiarity with restaurant management software, tills and excel 
• Acute financial management skills
