Waiter - Roux at The Landau

The Langham, London is currently looking to recruit Waiter in our Roux at The Landau Restaurant. To the epicure, London has always been a city of considerable attractions. As a Waiter, your main duties and responsibilities will be to -

• ensure the restaurant is set for service everyday to the standards
• ensure all guests receive full service standards of the restaurant
• deliver service according to the Forbes standards
• ensure that the mise-en-place at each station is maintained according to the standards
• demonstrate a high knowledge of menus at all times

Requirements

The ideal Waiter will have -

• previous experience in a similar 5* environment
• flair, passion and a conscientious attitude
• confidence, professionalism and engaging personality
• excellent attention to detail
• strong interest in food & beverage
• clear conversational English language, knowledge of foreign languages is beneficial
• flexibility to work different shift patterns
