Host - Palm Court/Artesian

The Langham, London is currently looking to recruit a Host in our Palm Court and Artesian bar.

As a Host, your main role will be to:

  • provide a warm welcome and engage with all guests
  • deliver service according to the Forbes standards
  • ensure that all guests are met and seated in a timely and efficient manner
  • ensure the Host/ess desk/area is set for service everyday
  • process accurate billing for guests
  • provide guests with full information of the offering in Palm Court/Roux at The Landau/Artesian 
  • take accurate reservations when necessary

Requirement​s

The ideal Host will have:

  • warm, confident and welcoming personality
  • excellent interpersonal skills, engaging with our guests
  • ability to manage and prioritise
  • ability to multi-task and assist on the floor when necessary
  • have working knowledge of Micros/Open Table
  • carry out administrative tasks when the need arises
